研究方向:

定量系统生物学,生物光学成像

 

 

研究兴趣:

本课题组将主要开展定量系统生物学的研究。在研究体系上以多细胞生物体系的生物网络为主,比如果蝇胚胎早期发育的调控细胞命运和迁移的基因网络,或者调控癌细胞细胞极性和转移的基因网络。在研究方法上侧重于开发应用以快速三维生物光学定量成像为主要技术手段的生物定量测量,比如双光子显微镜和光面显微镜等。 我们希望通过紧密结合定量实验与理论计算,精确地测量生物分子网络的动态,从整体角度来探索生物分子网络的原理和机制,并在此基础上来调控生物分子网络,从而发展抑制和治疗癌症的新方法。
