Abstract:
We will discuss the computational systems biology research at the Centre for Advanced Computational Solutions (C-fACS) through a number of projects we are engaged in.
Some of the projects presented are: computational modelling related to: Synaptic plasticity; Circadian Rhythms in Drosophila melanogaster; Meiotic-mitotic Initiation Switch in Budding Yeast; and Intracellular Calcium Dysregulation in Alzheimer's Disease. We will also briefly discuss our work on p53 dynamics related to cancer.
